In-Store Training

Service is the foundation on which we build our relationships and reputation with our dealer partners and the companies we represent.



Our core foundation is providing ongoing training to the management teams of our dealer partners. In most cases we provide this training on a weekly basis. This training includes the following:

  • Reviewing month to date finance department numbers. This allows us to make corrections tied to lost income opportunities.
  • One on one coaching with each finance managers.
  • Training sales managers and sales people on the turn over.
  • Introduction of new products.
  • Review performance with general manager and dealer.
  • Review claims and loss ratios with service team.
  • Leading by example-taking turns in the finance office.
